Method

To make potato peas, first make the paste by grinding tomato, ginger green chilli and garlic in a mixer jar. Now take a little gram flour, coriander powder, red chilli powder and a little bit of chilli in a bowl. Now, to cook the vegetables, pour a pan on the gas and add oil to it and heat it. After heating the oil, add cumin seeds and fry it lightly. Now add the chopped onion and fry it well and add lightly turmeric inside it and fry it. After that add tomato paste and roast it and finally cook it with salt.
