- Jr. Manager (Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance): B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automobile Engineering
- Jr. Manager (Materials Management): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with atleast two years MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management /Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Marketing / International Trade
- Jr. Manager & Manager (F&A):CA / ICMA / MBA (Finance)
- Jr. Manager (Pers. & Admin):Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology

Age Limit: Maximum Age Limit is 30 Years for Jr. Managers & 42 Years for Managers .
