NABARD Grade A Officer Salary:
- Basic Pay – Rs.28,150/- per month
- Pay Scale – Rs.18,150/- to Rs.55,600/- per month
- Additional Allowances – Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance
- Initial Monthly Gross Salary – Rs.60,000/- per month
NABARD Grade B Officer Salary:
- Basic Pay – Rs.35,150/- per month
- Pay Scale – Rs.35,150/- to Rs.62,400/- per month
- Additional Allowances – Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance
- Initial Monthly Gross Salary – Rs.73,600/- per month

Exam Pattern:
Grade A Officers:
- Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Online) – 200 marks
- Phase II- Mains Examination (Online) – will be a mix of MCQ and descriptive – 200 marks
- Phase III – Interview – 25 Marks
Grade B Officers:
- Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Online) – 200 marks
- Phase II- Mains Examination (Online) – will be a mix of MCQ and descriptive – 300 marks
