Here are the 10 simple habits that can change anyone’s life easily:-
1. Wake up early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. And if it’s difficult for you then daily decrease your waking time by 5 minutes until you meet to 5:00 a.m.
2. After this go for running or jogging for 10 to 15 minutes daily and do some exercise,meditation according to your available time but remember minimum 10 minutes try to indulge yourself in these activities.
3. Never miss your morning breakfast and avoid taking oily foods like paratha, poha etc. and start consuming some sprouts,milk,egg,and some fruits.
4.Start reading news,daily current affairs before going to your work(schools,colleges,offices) to update yourself with day to day activities going in our country.
5.Avoid sleeping in afternoon only 10 minutes of power nap is sufficient to refresh yourself and you can take this at your break time after taking lunch.But remember it is not necessary ,to refresh yourself you can do your any favourite activities (playing puzzle games etc.)
6. Decrease the usage time of your phone coz phone is like a virus ruining the life of our youngsters , to check the usage time of your phone you can install yourhour app which is easily available on google playstore.I am not saying to uninsatll or deactivate social accounts . Use all but in limited.
7.Start reading daily 5 to 10 pages apart from your academics like - novels,comics or some other good books.
8. Stop watching your favourite T.V. shows , videos , movies , news in your regional language and start watching in those language which you want to learn .This will enrich your knowledge too.
9.Start daily talk with your parents, close friends (other than social media friends), family members , this will boost up your confidence and you will be more dedicated to your career.
10.Try to go to bed around 11:00 pm coz 6 to 7 hrs of sleep is very important for proper functioning of human body. Remember when you go to bed leave the phone away from your bed.
