If you are accustomed to sleeping for a long time on the holiday, then the good news is that life can be longer than that habit. Research in American and Swedish researchers said that this habit is very beneficial for individuals under 65, especially for those who do not get 7 hours of sleep in normal days.

During this research, sleep habits of 33 thousand volunteers were reviewed for 13 years. The results showed that people who sleep 5-6 hours a week, but take a long sleep on vacation, they avoid many diseases.




It was reported in the research that the risk increases the risk for any reason for less than 5 hours or more than 9 hours sleep, including a holiday. Researchers from Carolinska Institute said that results have strengthened the evidence that the relationship between sleeping period and risk of death has been reported.

However, in the past medical reports focused on wake-up sleep, whereas new research analyzed holiday or wake-up sleep. This concluded that the long-term sleep prevents different diseases from pre-death death. However, this benefit does not have more than 65 years of age.
