Materials: For Stuffing:

Onions (finely chopped) - 2

Tulsi oil - 2

Teaspoon Kalanji - 1 teaspoon

Fennel - 2 Tablespoons

Tejpanti - 2

Green Chili (Finely Chopped) - 2

Besan - 2 to 2 teaspoons

Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon

Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp

Pinch of dough

Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tablespoon

Salt to taste

A little bit coriander (chopped).

For Covering:

Flour - 200g

Oil (for mol) - 2 teaspoons

Pinch salt

Oil to fry


Method: For stuffing:

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, kaloni, teaspusta, green chillies, fennel and onion and fry until it becomes soft.

After 5 minutes, add gram flour, salt and all powder spices and fry for 2 minutes.

Keep running continuously.

Take out green coriander and take it off. allow to cool.

To create a coverings:

Mix all the ingredients except for oil to fry.
